Working principle of sand-dust test chamber: the dust is blown over the surface of the sample at a certain flow rate by a circulating fan,samples are exposed to a dust-filled atmosphere to see its ability to defend against dust particle penetration.
                           
Common faults of sand-dust test chamber:
1. The controller of the dust-proof test box does not work asfter power on,please check whether the power supply is normal, check whether the phase sequence is normal or not.
2. The working room does not blow dust: check whether the blower is working normally or the fan is too small to check whether the dust is dry. 
3. The machine does not vibrate: Check whether the vibration motor is normal.
4. The sand dust test chamber shall be specially assigned to manage the operation, and the chamber body and the blower shall be cleaned on a regular basis, and the professional maintenance shall be carried out on a regular basis.
5. In order to keep the machine perform reliably and stably,the ambient temeprature humidity should keep between 15 and 25 degrees and relative humidity less than 85% .
6. Keep distance between the machine and wall. The ambient temperature of the installation site shall not be changed sharply,and shall be installed in the place without direct sunlight, and shall be installed in a well-ventilated place, away from the combustible, explosive and high-temperature heat-emitting source, and the equipment shall be installed in a place with less dust. Install as close as possible to the location near the power supply.
7. The equipment is dead: Check whether the power supply is normal, check whether the phase sequence is normal or not.
