The constant temperature and humidity test chamber is used to test the performance of materials in various environments and to test the heat, cold, dry and wet resistance of various materials. The refrigeration cycle of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is composed of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes. The whole process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatic compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the exhaust temperature is increased. The refrigerant is then transferred to the surrounding medium by isothermal and ambient heat exchange of the condenser.
The refrigeration system of constant temperature and humidity test chamber adopts the cascade refrigeration system composed of imported compressor. The refrigeration system has the advantages of reasonable matching, high reliability and convenient use and maintenance. After the refrigerant is done by adiabatic expansion of the closure valve, the refrigerant temperature decreases. The rear refrigerant absorbs heat from the higher temperature object at isothermal temperature through the evaporator, which reduces the temperature of the cooled object. This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling the design and application of energy regulation technology, an effective treatment can not only ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, but also effectively adjust the energy consumption and refrigerating capacity of the refrigeration system, so that the operating cost of the refrigeration system can be reduced to a more economical state.
