Does the anaerobic oven need to be filled with nitrogen all the time?

Being a senior high temperature anaerobic oven manufacturers, Symor Instrument Equipment Co.,Ltd products are favored by our customers, today we explain here wether anaerobic oven should always be filled with nitrogen.

Dust-free oven, oxygen-free oven, nitrogen-filled oven, these are all need to be filled with nitrogen at work, remove air impurities in the studio, protect products from oxidation pollution and so on.

But no matter which of the above ovens, after all, they are not a vacuum oven, there is a certain air leakage, and the oven needs hot air circulation, but also oxygen content to a certain index, so the action of nitrogen filling must be carried out all the time. Once nitrogen filling is stopped, the outside air will enter the oven, resulting in oxygen content is not up to standard.

High temperature anaerobic oven adopts ceramic fiber insulation, with the characteristics of fast heating, energy saving, air supply, exhaust system to ensure inside temperature is uniform, suction mouth glass fiber filter, to ensure cleanliness requirements. The following is a brief introduction to the high temperature anaerobic oven.
 
Technical parameters:
I. Technical indicators and basic configuration: Operating temperature: RT~400℃, Limit temperature :450℃(customizable);
1.2 Working area : 2, Up and down layout (can be customized according to customer needs);
1.3 Working area material: SUS304 mirror stainless steel; Heating element: stainless steel heater;
1.4 Heating time of empty oven :1.5 h;
1.5 Cooling time :375℃-80℃; Cooling time 1.5-3.5 hours (water cooling and air cooling);
1.6. Temperature and oxygen content records: imported paperless recorders or paper recorders;

II. Oxygen content (oxygen distribution analyzer):
2.1 Oxygen content at high temperature :≤10 ppm + gas source oxygen content;   
      Oxygen content at low  temperature  :≤20 ppm + gas source oxygen content
2.2 temperature stability :±1℃;2.3 temperature uniformity :±10(400 platform)

III. Event output:
3.1 Configuration PLC, it can realize multi-event output control atmosphere, water and other switches and alarm;
3.2 Control: upper and lower working area can be individually temperature control, ventilation, alarm protection;
3.3 Temperature control instrument: imported temperature control instrument;
3.4 Temperature control points :2 points;
3.5 Temperature limit alarm points :2 points; Test points :2 points;
3.6 Alarm protection: overtemperature, broken even and other acousto-optic alarm protection; Temperature limiting protection: independent temperature limiting protector;
3.7 Motor protection: motor overcurrent, water cooling protection;

IV: Process recipe:
4.1, heating from room temperature to 200℃ within 40 minutes ( heating rate 3-5℃/ min ) 
4.2, Keep constant temperature @200℃ for 45 minutes 

4.3, then heating up to 375℃ within 40 minutes

4.4, Keep constant temperature @375℃ for 1 H 

4.5, Then after 3-5 per minute cooling rate, from 375℃ to about 75℃ for 79 minutes
