The reason why the salt spray test chamber can not be heated

We all know that in the process of using the instrument, some faults can not be avoided, such as salt spray test box without heating is a common problem, we have made the following solution to the temperature problem of salt spray test chamber:

I. No heating in salt fog chamber

Causes and solutions:

1. heating solid state relay has no output, need to replace solid state relay

2. controller no output, need to replace controller

3. heating tube damaged, replace heating tube

4. lack of water causes heating shielding, check water level is normal, float ball has correct action

5. overtemperature protection misoperation, adjust protection temperature value, if still can not solve please replace overtemperature protector

II. Abnormal heating temperature of salt mist test chamber

Causes and solutions:

1. the temperature controller of the studio is set too low, set the temperature controller to the required temperature

2. the safety switch is set too low, set the safety switch to the required temperature

3. the temperature controller of saturation barrel is too low, set the temperature controller to the desired temperature

4. saturation barrel safety switch is set too low, set the safety switch to the required temperature
